Caleb Esborg, Perisso Founder & CEO

Caleb founded Perisso to solve a problem he knew firsthand. As Chief Operating Officer of Legacy Framers, Cemcon, and Legacy Renovations — construction businesses generating $70M in combined annual revenue — he spent years chasing retention, reconciling pay apps, and watching completed work sit unpaid for months. Those companies became Perisso's first customers, and its toughest critics. He holds an interdisciplinary master's degree in business administration and theology and has completed executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard's Graduate School of Design, and Oxford's Saïd Business School. The Greek word perissos is tattooed on his arm; the company came second.

David is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Framers, Cemcon, and Legacy Renovations. Over thirty years in construction, he has built and led subcontracting businesses through multiple market cycles, giving Perisso a foundation of operational discipline and industry relationships few software companies can claim. As Chairman, he brings governance experience and a builder's skepticism to everything Perisso ships.

Karim Abu-Ghazaleh, Perisso Operations Lead

Karim leads operations at Perisso while serving as HR and Operations Manager at Legacy Framers and Cemcon — the same construction operations Perisso was built to serve — giving him a firsthand, daily view of how subcontractor back-offices actually run. A Biola University graduate with a BBA in International Business, he works directly with customers on implementation and workflow design, making sure Perisso fits the way subcontractors run their AR — not the way software companies imagine they do.

Danial Mazahreh, Perisso Engineering Lead

Dani took Perisso from prototype to production: he built out the platform's founding architecture into an enterprise-grade system, expanded its capabilities, and engineered its agentic AR engine — an AI-driven collections system with human-in-the-loop safeguards at every irreversible decision. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and leads the platform's integrations with construction accounting systems and its cloud infrastructure.
